Refund & Return Policy

At Terra, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons (skincare & perfumes), returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The request is made within 3–7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will inspect the item.
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video). We will arrange a replacement or refund.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
